- Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and materials.
- Write the RAN (if provided) on the outside of the package.
- Ship the items to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- In such cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label.
